Value Creation Plan — operational execution from day one
Brightstone does not advise: it executes. Every project has a tailored Value Creation Plan with quarterly milestones, unit economics optimisation, channel diversification and monthly institutional reporting. Every project is built from the start to the standards a buyer requires: KPI pack, clean cap table, permanent data room and registered IP. We don't prepare the exit at the end — we build it from day one.

Revenue model aligned with the outcome
Recurring advisory fees that finance operations, equity for structuring and VCP execution, and a success fee tied to the exit. Brightstone only wins in depth when the project wins.

Co-invest in the
portfolio.

Brightstone co-investors access selected projects with full due diligence, aligned celebrity and an operational team executing the VCP. Same term sheet as all other partners, with monthly reporting and end-to-end managed exit process.

The minimum ticket is €100,000 per project. You do not invest in the HoldCo: you co-invest in specific SPVs alongside Brightstone and the celebrity.
